When the Raiffeisen Bank of Austria wanted to make a vivid impression with their newly refurbished building near Vienna, Austria, Lighting Science designed a highly energy-efficient integrated digital LED screen for the structure. Using our individually addressable, color-changing RGB DingDotz installed on a custom-built frame, the first floor exterior was covered in a sparkling array of animated LED lights displaying the bank’s branding and special promotions.
Lighting Science customized the design of this low-maintenance LED screen to allow visibility into and out of the building during the day. As light levels fall in the evening, a sensor activates the system automatically, flooding the darkened street outside with an animated light show that can be easily changed to display any design.
